The 12 Kits of Occasions: March with Marybeth!

Welcome to another installment of the 12 Kits of Occasions 2015 monthly reveals! Our theme is Song of the South and our marvelous hostess is Marybeth, Marybeth's Time for Paper. The collage above was done by Kelly and shows some of the fabulous supplies Marybeth sent to each of us. There were fantastic patterned papers, gorgeous stamped images, lots of die cuts and wonderful embellishments. I loved the kit--so many options! There were several other designs that I had started laying out but just didn't have time to finish--ah, perfect for later! And I love to color so my first two cards are images from the kit where I added a bit of color using Copics. Plus Marybeth included several large tags--so cool!

Look at all the coloring you did Sharron! And you even got a bird - a Rooster!!! You made him proud to strut all those pretty colors! That chef is adorable with the word bubble and I am so glad you used the sunrays and clouds. I pondered on those forever!!!

OH my Sharron...I would have bet money that you would have colored your rooster and there it is, in beautiful living color and just about as gorgeous as can be too. Your cook card is so fun too, love that you added "hey", just so fun! And here is another fabulous card using those cloud and sun dies, just stunning! I really love them all Sharron.

I was too afraid to color that cute rooster! You did such a great job Sharron...it is so realistic! Your coloring of the chef also blew me away...and that was so creative to add the speech bubble. It looks like you really had fun with Marybeths kit..great cards to case!

Sharron, these are all amazing. First of all, your coloring of the first two cards is so incredible and puts me to shame. Really shows how lazy I was to think that they did not need to be colored. Of course they did, and you did it perfectly. Love how you stamped a sentiment on that strawberry, too.

Oh, Sharron forgot to say that when you are visiting me in California, will you please give me a coloring lesson? Pretty please??
